In the cross-section of the filling, you can see the hexagonal pattern known from the beekeeping frame. Thanks to it, the filling has high compressive strength. Its load-bearing capacity is influenced by the type of paper used and the diameter of the mesh - the smaller the mesh, the greater the strength and weight of the patch. A properly designed structure can withstand loads of up to several tons.

Honeycomb technology gives many possibilities to match the filling to the product. The available options include: corners for protection during transport, dedicated boxes with profiled filling and dust jackets.
Paper honeycomb fillings are used as the core material between various structures, from wood (door and furniture production) to plasterboard (partition walls).
The filling is characterised by high pressure resistance (up to several tons), so it can successfully replace wooden pallets.
The filling is an alternative to plastics, e.g. styrofoam, plastic or foil. By choosing it, you take a step towards a circular economy and build an ecological image of the company in the eyes of your customers.
This technology also produces pallets that are much lighter than their wooden substitutes, which translates into optimisation of transport costs
A dedicated space in the filling is made by laser cutting or by using cutting dies, the production of which costs less than their cast substitutes.
